ELIGIBILITY                           
This race is open to all members representing the Club/Society. Each Club/Society shall send 1 team with 4 racers and be responsible to form your team base on the club’s members’ criteria and eligibility. If any discrepancies found, the team will be disqualified.
We will accept up to 2 teams from different Club/Society with same car make and on first come first serve basis. 
A minimum age of 18 with qualified driver’s licence (Class 3/3A) is required to participate.
 
ENTRIES AND ENTRY FEES
All entries must be submitted on prescribed forms at this link http://www.sportscarclub.sg/registration-form.html
Entry forms not completed properly will not be accepted. It is compulsory for all teams to submit the entry forms.
The entry fees for each team will be $100.

REFUND
No refund of entry fee will be made after an entry has been paid and the entry has been registered and accepted. Entry fee will be forfeited if any driver within the team is late during the official driver's check in time and the team will be disqualified.

* INDIVIDUAL AWARD - Based on top 3 fastest lap time of the 2 sessions
* TEAM AWARD - Based on the team's overall average time achieved in the 2 sessions
 
TOP 24 qualifies for Semi Final
Semi Final A (10 laps)
- Odd Number Drivers 1/3/5/7/9/11/13/15/17/19/21/23
 
Semi Final B (10 laps)
- Even Number Drivers
- 2/4/6/8/10/12/14/16/18/20/22/24
 
Grand Final (12 laps)
- Top 6 finishers from Semi A & B
- Total 12 Drivers

PROTESTS
The Race Official immediately upon discovery of such errors will correct errors in race time. All protests are to be submitted to the event officials at the end of the finals and before prize presentation.
No protests will be entertained before or after the indicated period.
 
RULES & REGULATIONS

1. All rules are strictly enforced. All racers MUST sign a waiver form.
2. When in the pit area, participants must comply with all safety briefing instructions and obey all verbal and signalled commands.
3. All racers must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability.
4. You must keep your hands on the steering wheel and feet inside the kart at all times. Individuals wearing a cast or sling will not be permitted to drive karts.
5. Appropriate footwear must be worn: No high heels, flip flops or open toe shoes. No bare feet.
6. No loose articles or items of clothing. All scarfs and/or long necklaces must be removed.
7. Long hair must be tied up and tucked in.
8. No person will be allowed to participate in karting if over the legal alcohol limit.
9. All drivers must wear a helmet. You can bring your own helmet but it must be full faced.
10. All drivers will receive a mandatory safety briefing session. Drivers who do not attend this briefing will be disqualified.
11. Never stop on the track unless directed to by a Race official.
12. Kart racing poses a threat to those with back or neck injuries. Please consult your physician before racing.
13. People with heart conditions should not use the karts.
14. Pregnant woman should not use the karts.
15. We will not tolerate any intentional/unsportsmanlike blocking of other karts.
16. No obscene language or disrespect will be tolerated to any Race officials & organising committee.
17. Dress code is enforced.
18. Any form of cheating or manipulation of scores will render immediate disqualification and be banned from further participation in the Race.
19. The Race Official reserves the right to accept or reject any entry (is) as he deems fit. The Organising Committee whose decision shall be final will decide any matter arising, which is not covered in these Rules & Regulations.

If you fail to follow our code of conduct or instructions issued by event officials, or if you are black flagged on the track, there will be NO REFUND for this race.

We want everyone to have fun, but no one person’s attempt at fun should create a dangerous or negative experience for any other person or group participating. Please respect our rules and enjoy your time at SCCS GO KART CHAMPIONSHIP brought to you by Juzz For Cars Pte Ltd!

Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who does not comply with the code of conduct and dress code.
